Cuyana is a Black, queer, non-binary graduate of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Adler University and currently works in a private practice setting as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. In addition to consulting work, conducting groups, and facilitating workshops, they primarily work with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC folks, and those who fall within those intersections. Cuyana hopes to continue to provide therapeutic space through a liberatory framework for folks who are often pushed to the margins of society. They enjoy anything that involves a good bike ride, listening to late 90s/early 00s hip-hop and R&B that is apparently old school now, & coming up with alternative names for their 11 year old cat - Ruth Oprah Bader Ginsberg. -Cuyana Davis-Carter, LCPC -Email: cuyanadcounseling@gmail.com
